A thorough examination, including posture, spine, movement, strength and nerve checks where appropriate.

Your plan
A care plan built around you and your goals. Your first treatment may begin on the day, where clinically appropriate.
Your first massage
A short chat about where it hurts and what you want from the session. Then it's straight into your massage. No X-rays. You undress to your comfort level, usually down to your underwear, and you stay covered with towels the whole time.
What to bring
- Any X-rays, MRIs or scan results you have
- A list of current medications
- Your private health fund card, to claim on the spot with HICAPS
- Medicare care plan from your GP, if you have one
- DVA Gold or White Card and referral, if you have one
- Comfortable, fitted clothing. Ladies, fitted sports gear is ideal, so there's no need for a gown.

- We're card only. No cash.
- Need to cancel? Give us 8 hours' notice to avoid a $30 fee.

How much does a first visit cost?
New clients who book online pay $85 for their first chiropractic visit or their first 45-minute massage. Booked by phone, a first chiropractic visit is $120 for adults and $100 for children under 16.
What if I'm not happy with my first visit?
Our first chiropractic visit guarantee means that if you're not happy with your first chiropractic visit, you tell us on the day and you don't pay. No questions asked, no follow-up calls, no obligation. It applies to your first chiropractic visit only, not massage.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. A GP referral is only needed if you want to use a Medicare chronic condition care plan. DVA clients should bring their card and referral.
How long is the first visit?
Allow up to 45 minutes for your first chiropractic visit. A first massage is 45 or 90 minutes, depending on what you book.
Will I be treated on the first visit?
Usually, yes, where it is clinically appropriate. Sometimes we wait for X-rays or more information first. We'll always explain why.
Do I need X-rays?
Not always. If they're clinically needed, we refer you for X-rays that are bulk billed with a valid Medicare card. Massage clients never need X-rays.
What should I wear?
For chiropractic, comfortable, fitted clothing. Ladies, fitted sports gear is ideal, so there's no need for a gown. For massage, you undress to your comfort level and stay covered with towels.
Can I use my private health fund?
Yes. Bring your health fund card and claim on the spot with HICAPS. Your rebate depends on your fund and extras cover.
Can Medicare help?
If your GP puts you on a chronic condition care plan, Medicare can help with up to 5 chiropractic visits a year. Ask your chiropractor if you qualify.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes. Book them in as a new client under 16. A parent or guardian needs to come to the appointment with them.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 8 hours' notice to cancel or change an appointment, to avoid a $30 cancellation fee.
Do you accept cash?
We are card only. Pay by credit or debit card, EFTPOS, or HICAPS where eligible. We do not accept cash.
Is parking available?

What if I have a DVA card?
DVA clients: please mention your Gold or White Card when booking so we can allocate the correct appointment type.
