2. We assess. Posture, movement, strength and nerve checks. X-rays only if clinically justified, and we'll explain why first.
3. We explain. A clear, plain-English explanation of what we find and an honest view on whether chiropractic care is a good fit.
4. We plan together. If care is suitable, we agree on goals and a plan that fits your week, and we review it regularly.
