At your first visit we take a full history, assess how you move, and explain what we find in plain English. If chiropractic care isn't the right fit, we'll tell you and point you in the right direction.

Our remedial massage therapists work in the same clinic, so it's easy to combine chiropractic and massage if that suits you. We're open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, so you can come before work, at lunch, or on the way home.

What happens at your first visit

1. We listen. What hurts, how long it's been going on, and what it's stopping you doing at work and at home.
2. We assess. Posture, movement, strength and nerve checks. X-rays only if clinically justified, and we'll explain why first.
3. We explain. A clear, plain-English explanation of what we find and an honest view on whether chiropractic care is a good fit.
4. We plan together. If care is suitable, we agree on goals and a plan that fits your week, and we review it regularly.
